I don’t know if this is something you would consider doing, but perhaps the Venus Project blog could also be in some ways including of commentary on international events to some extent?
Also, perhaps entries about lectures and events The Venus Project attends? Even being open to contributions to this blog from others, would be nice?

Thankyou. For example I noticed on Jacque’s MySpace there is a blog entry about your trip to Iceland. Little entries about that sort of thing could be helpful.

First I would just like to say, thank you for this wonderful information. I am extremely excited about it! All my life I always felt like there was just something wrong with the established order of things.

Even as a kid I resisted the religious teachings but was afraid to speak about how I really felt because I was scared that I may go to hell because I thought that it may just possibly be true. Now in my adult life I have finally shed my fear of hell because I know that it doesn’t exist.

After watching the Zeitgeist movies and reading up on The Venus Project I think I now understand why I felt like something is wrong. The more you learn about the system the more you begin to reject it. This is of course the reason the system tries to keep us uninformed and attention focused off of it.

A resourced based economy makes perfect sense to me. Wow! It’s beautiful. The thing that really bothers me though is that I feel as though somehow some ignorant, selfish and powerful people will try to stop this somehow.

I 100% accept this idea and I think it should be explored to the fullest.

The best way for that to happen Ben, is for us to educate as many people as we possibly can about this direction. It’ll all amount to nothing if we don’t educate the public.

I was amazed when I saw this demonstrated by Jacque in person when I visited them a few weeks ago. I have been sharing the venus project daily and looking forward to the you tube video that demonstrates a house coming back to its form by this concept once flattened.

*Where could a person go to get memory metal to do their own experimenting?

This is very true which is why “I have joined the movement and have already started speaking with random people I come across.

I think that everyone here has figured out that what they want or what needs to be done for everyone to live in harmony. the truth is that looking back on evolution, we should already be at or close to a resource based economy, instead of moving forward we have come to a very modern stand still, an illusion, one that is created by TV, Papers etc. Everything is controlled.

Ben Moreno… ignorant, selfishness and power are all things needed to execute the a resource based economy… unless we are selfish about the resource based economy we will never have enough drive to push us into actually doing it, into making a difference. And power, well power is a must but knowing how to use that power to its maximum benefits is something that the us gov does very well. so in effect we need not to be selfish or powerful but MORE SELFISH AND MORE POWERFUL than all of them. to the point were fighting against our belief will be like fighting against there’s today.

Ishtar perhaps it is of fault of our own, perhaps we have all been just waiting, waiting for someone to make a difference…. saying oh wouldn’t it be nice…. talking to our partners saying oh it would be lovely and then getting a response or responding that ‘it’ll never happen…perhaps were to blame…. perhaps if we stood up and said im going do something about it now… perhaps it wouldn’t be this way.. but the way we really wanted it to be… perhaps

Tim I agree with you, BUT there is a way around that, what we should be doing is making them think that there earning money… that its actually beneficial to them when really there’s something else going on behind the scene

I hope that anything I have written has not offended anybody and if it has I apologise sincerely. But a war is beginning my friends, not one that is fought with guns, oil, money or politics, one that is fought with brains, education and tactical excellent’s, one that must be the most precise and accurate strategy that is not even able to be seen until its to late, one were people will wake up one day and say….. were did all these people come from….

a war has begun and our brains will running hot. there are only two ways i think. one way is that the world get into a big chaos the other is the way that Jacques us shows. Lets take this way its the better one.

JURGEN…. Well my friend I agree with you also… but there is only one way…. and chaos is not an option…. If we don’t do something, were not going have a future…. and that’s not the next generation…. that’s in our lifetime….

Jacques option is the most logical… So now let’s take it a little further… TRY THIS… imagine that you are living at the moment in a life that Jacque has envisioned…. in your space age house…. peaceful…. no war…. no weapons…. no fighting…. no illness…. etc…….. NOW…. think of past, think of everything it took to get to that point, and imagine those steps back, all the way to the present time we live in at the moment……. Now…. Question. What has to be done to create a world like that? What do we need to do now? We have the blue prints really, what do we need to do? Let’s do it. We are smart people, smarter than most… we’ve got to be smarter we have figured something out that not many people have. SO WHAT SHALL WE DO NOW to begin………..?????????????

What shall we do now to begin – what can every one do now? Well, I think one thing what can every of us can do is that we tell all our friends and family about the TVP. We must wake up the peoble round us, that can be at work, school or only wenn we hang out with friends. One way is to put a TVP Banner in to our Email Signation or Forum Signations, so some People ask maybee, hey what is the TVP?
I think the important is the pularity of this project. More and more people must know about that. And we must say them that the TVP not is a utopie its a reality. They must stop listing blind what the goverment and newspaper says.

ok… yes talking to people is a good start. BUT the problem is not everyone is like us and although they hear what were saying… they don’t LISTEN… to the truth.

I think we need to get serious I mean REALLY serious but careful. we need to create a company, a structure an organisation and I don’t mean a small one I mean global everywhere.. something so big that even the media won’t be able to ignore us. And people will notice that there really is another choice.

We need to create this company were organisation is key… we need departments… specialized areas and we need the smarted people to run those areas…. im talking Doctors, professors, mathematicians, scientists, architect, designers, company owners, etc and marketing dept. marketing is key my friend.. trust me its what I do… but we need to use it in the RIGHT way…

I don’t know about you Jurgen but im ready to do this. I believe its time to Begin operation CHANGE THE WORLD.. a combination of all movements we whether it be The Venus Project, The Zeitgeist Movement or any other organisation that’s supports the changing the world for the better….. oh and we need to do this without looking like crazy people, which is lets be honest the way the media have portrayed people like us…. so we go to be professional all the way.

So that what I think… The best part is we can do this all online…. oh and well need some computer geniuses as well….

maybee we start to write letters to newspapers. they have often a section for reader letters.
I write at the moment a letter to a austrian newspaper that is very critically to our goverment. Its a daily newspaper and its free for all in every trainstadion to take for every one. We have on Sunday in Europe votes for the europen Parlament. And I think this is now the right time to say with this way somethink to the people.
But if we build a Organisation we must coporate with other Nonprofit Organisations to have a stronger voice. (but tink you say that too)

About me: I am 31 years old living in the heart of Europe, a little neutral Country called Austria. (maybee you heart about Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Josef Strauss, etc, thats the place I come from) I m married and have 3 childs (8, 6, 2). And my childs are the drive for me. I want that they can live in a better world. Maybee its only a dream, but its a dream for that i fight to get reality. I have no studied, i m a normal working guy. Working as a Security and protect and controll the aera from one of the biggest energy groups in austria. In my leisure I am at the austrian red cross to help and make first aid for people they have a accident. I am a guy how want to help the people. I m not rich, and at the moment i cant donate somethink for the TVP. But in 2 weeks i get my holiday money (we get in austria at xmas and summer extra cash) so i will donate a little from them.
I was everytime in my life active for political organisations (first in the austrian Socialist Young than in the austrian Social Democracy. But at the point where i had needed the political mostly, they didnt help. So I have understood that the politic not can help if the people have Problems.
If we build a Organisation with Departments in many Countrys of the world, it will be obviously and a joy for me to cooperate in the Austrian/Europe Department.
At the moment I m listing to the news on radio, and they say the unemployed People will get more in Austria and Europe total.
I believe, no i know, too its time to begin “operation CHANGE THE WORLD.

Well Jurgen…. ill keep it simple…. im 30 years old…. I was born in London but now live in Istanbul, im an industrial designer.. and work in marketing for 7 years, I travelled the hole of Europe… I have a couple of companies… and im getting married in 2 months… AND YES I don’t want my children to grow in an environment were words like poverty, war, disease exist.

The truth is Jurgen that we can actually do something about it now, I mean there are enough organisations in the world to actually make a difference and if we all combined our efforts we can make a difference.

So all we need to do is decide are we going to do something, are we going to begin something that could take years if not TEN’s of years to succeed. Or are we going to just talk about it and forget in a few months.?

We don’t need money… not to start with anyway, all we need is people at the moment, people to put in the same compassion and energy that we do. people that believe in the same future that we do. and we cant wait for them to find us. we need to find them, one by one.

So are you ready to begin….

First, gratulations to your Married. And yes i am ready to start. And i had wrote this letter i told you to this newspaper. Maybee they didnt print it, but i had wrot it and a other person had read it.
Next Idear that i have is to promote TVP in SecondLife. Because i am there since a cupple of years and i am part of a big community there. so its a way to get persons.
